International Interim Management

Scope

The scope of our activities covers managing Joint Ventures, Start-ups, Transition Assignments, Major Change, Restructuring, Acquisitions, Mergers, Disposals, Managing at a Distance, Heads of Function, Bridging the Gap and Crisis Management.

Duration

International Interim Management undertakes assignments that last between 6 and 12 months. The issues we deal with are unlikely to be resolved in anything less than six months and experience has shown that we should aim to resolve them within twelve months.
